Registration to Use the veClient for the 2012 Application Cycle (for sending institutions only)

Did your institution use VirtualEvals for the 2011 application cycle?

If your institution/program used VirtualEvals (veClient) for the 2011 application cycle, you do not need to register again.  However, do let us know if there have been changes in contact persons, email addresses, physical addresses or phone numbers.  Send those changes to help@virtualevals.org.  You can use the same login and password that you used last year.  If you would like to change your password, log into veClient and click on your name in the purple banner at the top to take you to your account information where you can change your password.  If you do not remember your password, go to the login page and click on the “help, I cannot remember my password” link and follow the instructions.  You will need to know your login.  If you do not know your login, please contact us at help@virtualevals.org.

Payment Information:

If you used VirtualEvals for the 2011 application cycle, you may go directly to the link Initial veClient Payment for 2012 Cycle in the Site Menu on the VirtualEvals homepage.  There you will find information on how to pay by credit card or by check.  Please note that there are separate links for paying your 2011 fees and the 2012 fees.

Is your institution new to VirtualEvals?

If your institution will use VirtualEvals for the first time in the 2012 application cycle, you (the advisor) will need to provide information to us.  We will confirm with NAAHP that your institution holds membership.

We will need you to list two contacts–an institutional contact (in most cases, the health professions advisor) and the person who will be primarily responsible for creating applicant records and uploading PDF’s for your institution.  At some institutions the same person will be listed in both roles; however, when possible, we prefer to have two contacts from each school.  We also need the email address for each person, along with your institutional mailing address and your office phone number.

Once we have received this information and verified your NAAHP membership, a confirmation email will be sent to the address(es) you specify on the form.  You will be directed to the payment site below which will give you details on how to pay the access fee and to prepay for any applicant records, if you wish to do so.
