Registration to Use the veClient for the 2010 Application Cycle (for sending institutions only)

Sending School Registration for VirtualEvals 2010 is now open. Please follow the instructions below carefully.  Please note:  This registration information is only for advisors at sending schools who will use veClient for 2010.

VirtualEvals is a service to health professions advisors.  In order to use the veClient to transmit letters to health professions schools, an advisor must hold current membership in NAAHP or one of its regional associations. Only advisors or advising office staff may register to send letters to health professions schools through VirtualEvals.  For membership information, see http://www.naahp.org.

Did your institution use VirtualEvals for the 2009 application cycle?

If your institution/program used VirtualEvals (veClient) for the 2009 application cycle, you do not need to complete the registration form again for 2010; go directly to the payment information (see link below).  However, do let us know if there have been changes in contact persons, email addresses, physical addresses or phone numbers.  Send those changes to help@virtualevals.org.  You may use the same login and password that you used last year.

Is your institution new to VirtualEvals?

If your institution will use VirtualEvals for the first time in the 2010 application cycle, you (the advisor) will need to complete an online registration form and submit it electronically.

Please note that on the registration form you will be asked to list two contacts–an institutional contact (in most cases, the health professions advisor) and the person who will be primarily responsible for creating applicant records and uploading PDF’s for your institution.  At some institutions the same person will be listed in both roles; however, when possible, we prefer to have two contacts from each school.

Also on the form you will be asked whether you want to pay the fees for VirtualEvals by credit card (institutional or personal) or by check (institutional or personal). When you get to the payment stage, you will have the option of paying just the $100 access fee at this time or also prepaying for a number of applicant records ($10/applicant record).  Once your form has been submitted and we have verified your NAAHP membership, a confirmation email will be sent to the address(es) you specify on the form.  You will be directed to the payment site below which will give you details on how to pay the access fee and to prepay for any applicant records, if you wish to do so.

If you used VirtualEvals for the 2009 application cycle, you may go directly to the link veClient Payment for 2010 Cycle in the Site Menu on the VirtualEvals homepage.  There you will find information on how to pay by credit card or by check.  Please note that there are separate links for paying your 2009 fees and the 2010 fees.
