VirtualEvals

Please note: Only members of the NAAHP, or one of its regional associations may participate in VirtualEvals.

Please complete the form below and submit it electronically. Once your form has been submitted and we have verified your membership, a confirmation email will be sent to the addresses you specify on the form. In the form you will be asked whether you want to pay the fees for VirtualEvals by credit card (institutional or personal) or by check (institutional or personal). You will have the option of paying just the $100 access fee at this time or also prepaying for a number of applicant records ($10/applicant record).

Paying by Credit Card?
Go to the link VirtualEvals Billing 2009 in the Site Menu.  

Paying by Check?
After submitting the form, please send an email with the subject line payment by check to help@virtualevals.org telling us whether you want to pay only the $100 access fee at this time or whether you want to prepay for a specific number of applicant records ($10 per applicant record) along with the access fee.  We will generate a printable invoice that you can use to have a check processed.  The invoice will also contain information re where to send the check. Please note that your account will not be activated until after we receive your check.
