Pay My Invoice for Applicant Records 2010 Cycle
Thank you for using VirtualEvals for the 2009-2010 application cycle.
We ran the August applicant record billing report for the 2010 cycle on Friday, August 15, 2009 and began sending invoices (printable, as email attachments) to sending schools on Tuesday, August 18. Your invoice is based on the charge of $10 for each applicant record you created for this cycle minus the applicant records for which you have already paid–either by prepayment of records or by having a credit from the 2009 cycle. Payment of this invoice is due by September 15, 2009. If you believe that no one in your office received an invoice, please let us know at help@virtualevals.org.
We will run our next billing report in November with a due date in December. The final billing report will be run in April after the 2010 cycle has been closed out.
To pay by credit card (institutional or personal), see the Google Checkout link below. Before you click on the Google Checkout button, enter the number of applicant records for which payment is due as shown on the invoice you receive from VirtualEvals. Then click the Google Checkout button to continue. You will then be re-directed to the Google Checkout Servers to submit payment.
If you previously used Google Checkout to submit payment you will have a Google Checkout account, including a password. You will be asked for it when you pay through Google Checkout. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, click on the “I cannot access my account” link on the Google Checkout login screen. Please note that this password is NOT your VE password (unless of course you assigned yourself the same password for both processes).
If you did not use Google Checkout to pay your initial fee, you can still create a Google Checkout account and do so. Most institutions used Google Checkout initially and found it quite easy and safe to use. It is more efficient for NAAHP and for VE and so we prefer that you use this method if your institution allows it. If you are unable to use Google Checkout, please scroll down for information on paying by check.
Finally, if your credit card details have changed, you must first go to http://checkout.google.com and use the link to “edit payment methods” prior to using the link below to pay your invoice.
You will receive a receipt from Google Checkout
