Initial veClient Payment for 2011 Cycle

For the past four years, we have used Google Checkout as the means for using a credit card to pay access fees and applicant record fees to NAAHP for the services of VirtualEvals. Google Checkout is secure, efficient and easier for NAAHP staff than processing checks or phoned in credit card information. We are continuing to use Google Checkout. If you wish to pay by check see the details at the bottom of this screen.

  • You can pay by credit card (institutional or personal) or by check.
  • You can choose to pay upfront only the $100 access fee and be billed later for the applicant records ($10 per applicant record).
  • You can choose to pay upfront the $100 access fee and to include prepayment for an estimated number of applicant records.
  • If you overpay this year, we will credit your payment to next year’s cycle.
  • If you overpaid for the 2010 cycle by less than $100, we will be happy to issue a Google coupon which will credit your 2011 account with the amount by which you overpaid for 2010. (Note: if you overpaid in 2010 by more than $100 we will apply that credit to 2011)
  • When you use Google Checkout, you will immediately receive a printable email confirmation for your records.

For the 2011 cycle, we will send invoices in late July or early August 2010 to cover the applicant records that have been posted by that date.  That payment will be due 2 weeks after the invoice is sent.  We will invoice again in October/November to cover the applicant records you create after the August invoice but before that invoice.  The last date to post a PDF on VirtualEvals for the 2011 cycle will be in April 2011.  After that date, we will run our final billing report and send the final invoices in April 2011. Payment will be due before you can register for the 2012 application cycle in May 2011.

If you used Google Checkout for a previous cycle, you will already have an account.  Please note that if there have been any changes to your credit card, you will need to edit your payment methods before you use our Google Checkout link.  Go to http://checkout.google.com.   Log into your Google Checkout account and make those changes.  Once you use the link to go to our payment site you will not be presented with an option to edit your billing method/credit card info.  So be sure to do that first if needed.

When you click on the GoogleCheckout button below:
If you do not have a Google Account, will also see a screen to create a Google account for using Google checkout. There is no charge for this account and the information is highly secure.

Please note that if you already use Google for email or other functions, you will get a sign in screen requesting your Google login and password. If your Google account is a personal one, you may want to click on “sign in as a different user” to create a separate Google account for this purpose–particularly if you are using an institutional credit card.  Or you may already have a different account for institutional purposes.  Just make sure you use the correct account.

When you create a Google account, there are two address lines. Please include your institution name in one of them.  This helps us track the institution making the payment.  Sometimes the payment is made by someone in the financial office and we don’t recognize the name.

Finally, as great as Google is, sometimes it’s not as flexible as I’d like. Your receipt will say “your order has been shipped” which of course is a euphemism for “your payment is complete and when we open VE you will be able to access it.”

From the dropdown menu below, select the payment you want to make and then click on the Buy Now button.

You will receive an emailed (printable) receipt from Google Checkout.

If you prefer to pay by check, you may do that through NAAHP. Your check should include $100 for the annual access fee for using VirtualEvals. You may also choose to prepay for a number of applicant records (to be decided by you) at the time of registration and payment of the access fee. Each applicant record is $10. If you need an invoice prior to requesting the check, please send an email to help@virtualevals.org and tell us if you wish to pay only the $100 annual access fee at this time or if you wish to prepay for applicant records, how many. We will generate a printable invoice for you. Please send the check made out to NAAHP to this address:
NAAHP, Inc.
P.O. Box 1518
Champaign, IL 61824-1518

NAAHP’s FEIN is 23-7454707

If your business office is handling the check, please follow up with them to make sure they send it to NAAHP. We cannot activate your institutional account for the new cycle until the access fee is received.

Please note that NAAHP cannot accept institutional purchase orders.
