Please select a subscription plan below based on the number of applicant records you expect to have in your veCollect account for the term of the subscription (one year). You may choose to pay in full at this point. Or you may choose to pay in monthly installments.

You will need to estimate the maximum number of applicants (within a range) will use your veCollect account during the subscription period. Base your annual subscription on that number. If you go over that number, you will need to upgrade your subscription. Here’s how it will work:
You expect about 45 applicants/students will use your veCollect institutional account during the annual term of your subscription. You register to use veCollect. You select the annual subcription at the “up to 50″ level. You qualify for the “preferred” rate and submit payment of $250 (the rate for up to 50) on January 1, 2010. Your subscription will run through December 31, 2010.

• Scenario 1: The number of applicants/students using your veCollect account does not exceed 50. When the end of your subscription is nearing, you will be prompted to renew your subscription.
• Scenario 2: On July 1, 2010, the 51st student signs up to use your veCollect account. You will be prompted to upgrade your subscription. You upgrade to the “up to 75″ preferred rate which is $375. We will credit you with $125 to account for the 6 months during which you had the “up to 50″ rate. So you will submit $375-$125=$250 to veCollect. Your upgraded subscription starts July 1, 2010 and runs through June 30, 2011.
