VirtualEvals Billing 2008
In the last week of April 2008, we emailed final invoices to each of the participating sending schools. Please pay any outstanding charges promptly. Only after your institution’s full payment for 2007-2008 charges has been received will you be able to register your institution for the next application cycle.
To pay by credit card (institutional or personal), see the Google Checkout link below. Simply replace the “10″ in the box below with the number of applicant records for which payment is due (see the e-mail from Kay Singer) and click the Google Checkout button to continue. You will then be re-directed to the Google Checkout Servers to submit payment.
If you previously used Google Checkout to submit payment you will have a Google Checkout account, including a password. You will be asked for it when you pay through Google Checkout. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, click on the “I cannot access my account” link on the Google Checkout login screen. Please note that this password is NOT your VE password (unless of course you assigned yourself the same password for both processes). If you did not use Google Checkout to pay your initial fee, you can still create a Google Checkout account and do so. Most institutions used Google Checkout initially and found it quite easy and safe to use. It is more efficient for NAAHP and for VE and so we prefer that you use this method if your institution allows it.
You will receive a receipt from Google Checkout
Payment by Check
Please refer to the Email from Kay Singer for the amount due from your institution at $10 per applicant record.
Send a check made out to NAAHP to this address:
NAAHP, Inc.
P.O. Box 1518
Champaign, IL 61824-1518
NAAHP’s FEIN is 23-7454707
You will receive a receipt from NAAHP.
If you need to have an institutional check cut, please start that process right away in order to meet the due date of May 15, 2008
Please note that NAAHP cannot accept institutional purchase orders.
