Note to Applicants:  If you are an applicant to health professions schools you are eligible to use the services of Virtual Evals (veClient or veCollect) only if your health professions advisor has subscribed to our service.  There is a link to the undergrad schools and post bac programs that used veClient for 2011 in the Site Menu on this screen.  Contact your health professions advisor directly for further information.

Welcome to Virtual Evals!

The 2012 Admissions Cycle for Health Professions Schools is underway and we opened veClient for that cycle on Wednesday, May 18, 2011.

Sending schools:  Around April 19, we emailed printable invoices for the 2011 cycle that is now closed.  The due date for paying those invoices was May 16.  If you have not yet paid the invoice, please arrange to do that.

When you log into veClient, please read the announcement on the Dashboard.  You may need to scroll down a bit to see the announcement.

Our goal is to help make the letter process in your office a bit more manageable and thus free up some of your time that is better spent on other obligations.  We look forward to working with you in the 2012 cycle.

Receiving Schools:  As of May 18, 2011, advisors who use veClient can start uploading letters of evaluation for applicants in the 2012 cycle.  If you are not yet ready to receive those letters, you don’t have to do anything at this time.  Just remember that when you are ready for the letters, they will be on veClient and you can download them at that time.  However, if you are ready to start downloading letters now, you are welcome to do that.
