Important Announcements!

veClient is open for the 2010 application cycle.  If your institution has reconciled your fees from the 2009 cycle and paid at least the $100 access fee for the 2010 cycle, your user account should be active.

The VirtualEvals service for transmitting letters of evaluation to health professions schools (the service that is now entering its 6th year of service to NAAHP members) is now called “veClient.”  This is to distinguish it from our new service, veCollect.

Registration and Payment for VirtualEvals is now open.  Please see the Site Menu link to “Registration to Use the veClient for the 2010 Application Cycle.”  Please note that there are separate links for paying your 2009 fees and the 2010 fees.

New in the Site Menu to the right:

• A list of health professions schools that accept letters through veClient for the 2010 cycle.
  
• Updated versions of the Instructions for Sending Schools and Instructions for Receiving Schools.  Those documents are password protected.  The password is not your veClient password.  It is the same generic one we used last year and you will find it posted on the Dashboard when you log into veClient.
• Instructions for Logging into veClient.  Can’t remember your password?  See that link.

VirtualEvals is a service to health professions advisors at undergraduate institutions and post bac programs. We do not work with individual applicants or individual evaluators–only with advisors. All letters posted to the veClient must be posted by the advising office at a participating school or program. Good luck to you with your application!

Please remember that veClient uses popups. So if you have a popup blocker, make sure to enable popups from veClient. If you have a problem logging in, it might be related to popups.

If you have not used VE in the past but are interested, please send an email to help@virtualevals.org and we will add you to our email list. Sending schools will also want to make sure your membership in NAAHP is current since use of VE is restricted to members of NAAHP. For information see http://www.naahp.org. The expiration date of your membership is printed on the mailing label that was on the NAAHP directory you received this spring and also on the mailing label for your copy of The Advisor.
